How would we communicate, correspond with them?
Part of your due diligence with any potential outsourcing partner is to identify how this will happen. We can’t comment on what our competitors do, but this is how we like to communicate with our clients:
1. We work UK office hours so you can always communicate with both the UK and Indian teams.
2. All our clients have a named resource in both India and the UK, which they can phone or email with queries about their work.
3. We recommend that our clients have a manager who is responsible for project managing the workflow between them and us. This then helps us to have monthly conversations with the manager to make sure that you are getting the service you need. We often use these conversations to recommend where we have identified potential opportunities to further streamline your processes.
